In 2003, we set up our very own helpdesk services to support our customers and we have never looked back. Today, our helpdesk engineers provide solutions to 80% of the service calls, responding faster to customers queries and teething issues, leaving only problems that could only be solved onsite. Being more responsive and flexible, our helpdesk engineer could remote connect, troubleshoot and solve problems, no matter where the customers are, as long as they are connected to the internet. We are also able to remote manage our customers offices anywhere around the world.

7-Network offers a wide range of IT solutions, bounded only by what the IT industry has to offer. Partnering with the respective manufacturers and providers, we provide answers to any IT requirement such as email, security, print, backup, disaster recovery, IP telephony, collaboration, video conferencing, and more. Our aim is to provide our customers access to any IT products and services through a single point of contact. 7-Network offers complete IT management for our customers. Functioning as a full fledge IT division for our customers, we acquire hardware, software, install, maintain, provide helpdesk services, provide training to users, manage hardware and software assets, participate in financial budget and board meetings. Depending on requirements, we also provide hiring of IT personal on behalf and manage them.

7-Networks TechCentre is the research and development center supporting the IT knowhow of our entire operations. Formed by a team of engineers with relevant experience and passion for IT, TechCentre provides the backend support vital for our frontend engineers in their daily operations. TechCentre also derives IT standards and are implemented to customers IT infrastructure, and evaluate new products which we would in turn recommend to customers if they are proven useful. TechCentre is our lead into the future.
